Privacy Policy
These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) are an agreement between SkyCloud customers. This Agreement sets out the general terms and conditions for your use of the products and services offered by Sky Cloud (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO USE OR ACCESS THE SERVICES. Please be aware that there are class action lawsuits and arbitration awards that may affect your rights.
Policies and Agreements
Use of the Services is also subject to the following policies, which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement and constitute one at the same time. By using the Services, you also agree to the terms of the following policies.

Additional terms may also apply to certain Services, and are incorporated by reference here as appropriate. For example, if you register a domain name with us, the Domain Registration Agreement will also apply to you and will be incorporated here.
Account Eligibility
(a) The Services are only intended for users who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Any registration by, use of, or access to the Services by anyone under eighteen (18) years old is not authorized and violates this Agreement. By registering for or using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are eighteen (18) years of age or older.
(b) If you are using the Services on behalf of another party, company or organization, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind that party, company or organization to this Agreement and to act on behalf of such party, company or organization with respect to any actions you take in connection with the Services.
(c) you agree to (i) provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and your organization (if applicable) as prompted by the registration forms (“Registration Data”); (ii) maintain the confidentiality of your password and other information relating to the security of your account; (iii) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data and any other information you provide to Sky Cloud, to keep such information accurate, current and complete; and (iv) you are entirely responsible for all use of your account and for any actions conducted through your account.
(d) You acknowledge and agree that despite the security measures taken by Sky Cloud in connection with the Services, the Sky Cloud system and/or Subscriber Sites (as defined below) may be subject to hacking, including without limitation, by hackers, internet viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or the like. In such circumstances, Sky Cloud may take such corrective action as it deems appropriate in its sole discretion and you acknowledge and agree that Sky Cloud shall have no liability to you for any damage or loss that you may suffer as a result of such corrective action. You also acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for backing up all Subscriber Content and Subscriber Websites.
(e) web hosting. Sky Cloud reserves the right to reset the password on a dedicated server if the password on file is out of date so that we can perform security audits as required by our system operations and security teams. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a valid email address and current root password on file for your dedicated server to prevent downtime from forced password resets. Sky Cloud reserves the right to audit servers as needed and perform administrative actions upon request of our teams. The server is not backed up by us. It is your responsibility to maintain backup copies.
SkyCloud Content
All content available through our services and products, including media, text, information, agreements, software, and more. It is owned by Sky Cloud. The Content may not be copied, distributed, reformulated, transmitted, sold or otherwise exploited for any purpose, in whole or in part. All rights reserved to Sky Cloud and appropriate legal measures may be taken in case of breach of the agreement.
User Content
(a) You may be able to upload, store, publish, display and distribute information, text, images, videos and other content on or through the Services (collectively, “User Content”). User Content includes any content posted by you or users of any of your websites hosted through the Services (“User Websites”). You are solely responsible for any and all User Content and any transactions or other activities conducted on or through the User Sites. By posting or distributing User Content on or through the Services, you represent and warrant to Sky Cloud that (i) you have all necessary rights to post or distribute such User Content, and (ii) you do not post or distribute such User Content. violate or otherwise violate the rights of any third party.
(b) You may not use your /home/ directory as a location for placing backup copies. Including cPanel / WHM / Third Party Apps. All websites are automatically backed up every night to third-party sites. Auto backup is available for some packages click here to check it out. Sky Cloud reserves the right to remove any files that violate this policy at our sole discretion. A user who violates this policy is subject to immediate suspension and/or termination.
(c) solely for the purposes of providing the Services, you hereby grant to Sky Cloud a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right and license to: (i) use, reproduce, publicly perform, publicly display, modify, translate, and extract (i) in whole or in part), publish and distribute User Content; and (ii) make archival or backup copies of User Content and User Sites. Except for the rights expressly granted herein, Sky Cloud does not acquire any right, title or interest in or to User Content, which remains solely with you.
(d) Sky Cloud exercises no control over, and accepts no responsibility for, User Content or the content of any information passing through Sky Cloud’s computers, network centers and points of presence or the Internet. Sky Cloud does not monitor user content. However, you acknowledge and agree that Sky Cloud may, but is not obligated to, immediately take any corrective action in Sky Cloud’s sole discretion, including but not limited to removing all or part of the User Content or User Sites, and suspending or Terminate any and all Services without refund if you violate the terms of this Agreement. You hereby agree that Sky Cloud shall have no liability for any corrective action Sky Cloud may take.
Price Change
SkyCloud reserves the right to change prices, any monthly payments or any other fees at any time. It is your responsibility to review your bills regularly.
Important Notes
- SkyCloud is permitted to change, cancel or add to terms and conditions without prior notice.
